Request for Proposals for Architect-Engineering Services
for Multiple Fire Stations

RFP No. 2025-002

The Immokalee Fire Control District (“District”) is seeking letters of interests from qualified firms (“Respondents”) for the purpose of providing design services, including architectural services, engineering, survey, environmental analysis, geotechnical, site civil, space need analysis, and landscape design needed for up to four (4) fire stations within the District in Collier County, Florida. Implementation of the Project will require multi-disciplinary expertise in fields including: architectural services, engineering, survey, environmental analysis, geotechnical, site civil, space need analysis, and landscape design.

Questions regarding this RFP must be directed by e-mail to Chief of Staff Becky Bronsdon bbronsdon@immfire.com no later than 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on October 29, 2025. All responses to questions and addenda, if applicable, will be posted on the District website.

Firm selection will be in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act, and the District’s Procurement Policy 217, as modified by its Board of Commissioners at its October 16, 2025 Board meeting. Firms desiring to provide these professional services to the District must submit a response no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 5, 2025 by delivering a response to the District Administrative Offices at 5368 Useppa Drive, Ave Maria, FL 34142 in an envelope or package that is sealed and clearly marked:
