Request for Proposals for Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Services

RFP No. 2025-003

The Immokalee Fire Control District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide landscaping and lawn maintenance services for three fire stations:

Station 30 – 510 New Market Road East
Immokalee, FL 34142

Station 31 – 1107 Carson Road
Immokalee, FL 34142

Station 32 – 5368 Useppa Drive
Ave Maria, FL 34142

Scope of Services:

• Weekly Service at all three locations to include:
• Mow, blow, trim/hedge
• Weed control
• Fertilize
• Tree Trimming and pruning
• Mulch (semi-annually)
• Maintain all dry retention
• Landscape (as needed)
• Irrigation (as needed)

Additional services on a non-weekly basis which may be requested and recommended will be determined on a case by case basis, and the cost will be in addition to the weekly services identified above in the Scope of Services.
