What is the anticipated schedule for bidding and construction of this project:
District’s Response:
Pursuant to the timeline on page 6 of RFP 2025-002, the District’s anticipates requesting Board approval of the contract for services with the architect at their November 19, 2025 Board Meeting, with design package development anticipated within 9 months and construction to proceed as quickly as possible.

In regards to Attachment G:  Please confirm the firm does not need to have a physical address in Florida, but neeDs to be licensed in the State of Florida and a copy of the license needs to be provided.

That is correct -  the firm does not need to have a physical address in Florida, but needs to be licensed in the State of Florida and a copy of the license needs to be provided.
