REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) CMAR SERVICES FOR NEW FIRE STATION #31


The Immokalee Fire Control District (“District”) is requesting qualifications from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the design and construction of a new Fire Station #31 within the District’s boundaries in Collier County, Florida. This Request for Qualifications is issued pursuant to the Section 287.066, Florida Statutes, Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), and encompasses a complete scope of services including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities. The CMAR firm selected through this process will work closely with the design team and the District throughout all phases of project delivery to ensure the successful completion of this critical facility.


All prospective Respondents are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as provided below. All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing via electronic mail to Chief of Staff Becky Bronsdon at bbronsdon@immfire.com using “RFQ Question – CMAR/Fire Station #31” as the subject line. The deadline for submitting all questions is 4:00 PM EST on May 15, 2026. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. All responses to questions and addenda will be posted on the District’s website. It is the responsibility of the Respondents to review the District’s website to determine if any addenda have been issued and to acknowledge such addenda in its response.


The District will select a Respondent according to the process described in the RFQ package. Respondents shall submit a response in accordance with the RFQ package no later than 1:00 PM EST on May 25, 2026.
Responses received after the deadline will not be accepted. All costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of a response are the sole responsibility of the Respondent. The District reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time, without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent.
